Bichon Frise Dog Massage

My husband gives our Bichon Luna a massage everyday and sometimes even twice a day as Luna simply adores it. He will massage her neck and paws and Luna practically falls asleep right in his arms! This is also a special time for Luna to bond with my husband and it amazing to see the “bond” that happens. We do notice that Luna is much more relaxed after her doggy massage and even sleeps more soundly.

A dog massage is just like a human massage in the sense that it stimulates the skin and muscles and gets the blood circulating through the body. Even dogs can get tight and sore muscles. With better blood circulation comes more nutrients and oxygen flow and waste that builds up in the muscles gets pushed out.
