Westminster ‘best in show’ Bichon Frise J.R, & this year’s winner Stump

The winner of the 33rd annual Westminster title for “Best in Show” went to the oldest ever to win – a Sussex Spaniel named Stump. What is very interesting is that Stump’s co owner and handler, Scott Sommer, is also the handler of a Bichon Frise named J.R. who won Best in Show back in 2001. Both Stump and J.R. live with Sommer in Houston, Texas.
