Massage Secrets for your Bichon

Little Luna wakes up every morning, stretches for a bit, shakes, jumps off the bed (I guess she thinks the stairs are only for getting ON the bed) and looks for me in the office. She sits and starts with the stare… progresses up to a little quiet whine and paw shifting, finally reaches out with a tap on my leg if everything else hasn’t gotten me to stop working.

We walk together into the family room to sit together on the lounge chair for her morning massage. It started with a head and chin scratch. But has expanded to a full back and chest scratch, leg and paw rub, wrapping up with her chin and neck. Yea, it seems overkill, but we both relax from work for a half hour every morning. Therapeutic for the whole family.
